Fallis Elementary school, re-use survey
Since the closing of Fallis Elementary School, there have been many questions about what is to become of the building. One thing that is certain is that DPS will sell the property.
There is a growing body of research which suggests that viable local schools are essential to cultivating healthy and sustainable neighborhoods.
To that end, our voluntary Homeowners Association (GWHOA) along with City Councilwoman Marcia Johnson would like to find out if there is support within the neighborhood for the sale by DPS to either a private or charter school. You may wish to read the previous links before completing the survey:
